Da servire a 6-8\u00b0C. Al naso offre una gamma olfattiva che va dai fiori di campo, agli agrumi quali il bergamotto e a frutti esotici come l\u2019ananas. Risulta armonioso l\u2019abbinamento con i frutti di mare,  piatti di pescato in generale e i formaggi freschi. Perfetto da gustare insieme ad affettati non stagionati. Con le verdure fresche di stagione \u00e8 l\u2019ideale. Ottimo anche come aperitivo.
