Il Verdeca “CARLO” by Fralò Vini is an indigenous Apulian white wine, with a vibrant yellow color and greenish reflections from the berries, perfect for seafood dishes. To be served at 6-8°C (43-46°F). On the nose, it offers an olfactory range that goes from wildflowers to citrus fruits such as bergamot, and to exotic fruits like pineapple. The pairing with seafood, general fish dishes, and fresh cheeses is harmonious. Perfect to enjoy with non-aged cold cuts. With fresh seasonal vegetables, it is ideal. Also excellent as an aperitif. Of course, it cannot be missed in accompanying seafood risottos.
